Jessica Schultz is the co-host of NTL and creator of StraightFromTheSourcesMouth.co. During her weekdays you’ll find her slogging delicious, naturally leavened bread at Miami’s Zak the Baker. The rest of the time she's working on side projects, traveling, and eating her way around South Florida.
She met Jon while teaching English in Korea and, as two growth-obsessed humans, they saw an opportunity to work together on their original blog NTL Critical. Even after she left to work on organic farms in Southeast Asia for 10 months and Jon moved to China, they continued collaborating. Now they're excited to keep creating together with their latest offerings in podcast form.
